The US wheat market traded a tight range eventually closing lower despite some buying support in afternoon trade.
Chicago Wheat for March 2009 is down 4 ¼ cents to 563 ¾ cents per bushel.
Chicago Corn for March 2009 is down 8 ½ cents at 370 ½ cents per bushel.
Winnipeg canola for March 2009 is down 0.40 to $419.30 Canadian a tonne.
AWB’s Fixed grade APW1 contract price for the 08/09 season are unchanged today at:
$260 – Brisbane $252 – Gladstone $280 – Newcastle $282 – Port Kembla $297 – Geelong $297 – Portland $284 – Port Adelaide $287 – Port Lincoln AWB’s 0809 canola price today is unchanged at $552.00 per tonne, based on 42% oil, delivered Geelong.
